Barmah Hat Sizing and Free Replacement Service. Most people do get their Barmah hat sizes correct first time but, we realise that sometimes getting the right fit of hat can never be a precise science. Everybodys heads do come in differing shapes as well as sizes. So for that reason if your Barmah hat is not fitting correctly we will swap it for the next size up or down at no extra cost. Just return your hat to us (but DO tell us first) and upon its return, we'll send you another as soon as we can (subject to stock availability). You will though, of course have to pay for the return postage costs back to us. Note we cannot keep swapping hats forever, so only the first swap is free after that all we will ask for is the cost of the postage (currently 1st class £3.50). NOTE:- When returning your Barmah hat, please return it with all labels still attached. Thank you. |
| The best way to measure your head. Use a cloth tape measure or if one isn't available use a piece of string. Measure the head roughly where the hat will sit. Normally this would be above the ears and brow. If using string, measure this against another ruler etc. If this measurement falls between two sizes we recommend that you go up a size as a hat that is too tight would be too uncomfortable. (and we wouldn't want that!). Remember though if you do get it wrong, you can always swap your Barmah hat for the next size up or down. |
