The cost of shipping items to other countries is usually cost-prohibiting, or even more than the item ordered so its not practical to do so. We recommend you try to source items from within your own country.
All Goods offered on the website are subject to being in stock and available. We do remove items from sale if they become out of stock as soon as possible.
These are worked out by the shopping cart based on the weight of the item plus packaging. The indicated amount is the amount you will pay for packing and carriage. Carriage is charged at cost, based on the Royal Mail or courier weight based charge.
We mainly use the Royal Mail to deliver your items. Smaller items are sent either by 1st or second class recorded delivery. Larger items by parcel post, by parcelforce 48 or by a 3-5 day courier service. We use where possible options to enable tracking and tracing of your order. should in the very rare event of something going wrong with your delivery.
Whilst we may quote a next day delivery to you be aware that the Royal Mail (& courier) do occasionally have delays to their delivery systems. We therefore cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control. (its only very rare that items are delayed)
Our normal delivery schedule is wherever possible (if possible same day) next working day dispatch. We will endeavour to dispatch
your order wherever possible and more usually by the same or next working
day for delivery thereafter for 1st class and 2 days, for second
class. However, be aware that our core business is at shows, rallies
and festivals and we may be absent, especially in the milder months (roughly end of March to mid October)
at any of these events, typically from thursday to sunday (We will go to the events listed one day before they are due to start, so we can set up). Therefore
there may be a slight delay until we get back. (worst case scenario here is if an order placed on a thursday morning may not be dispatched until monday morning) Please check any
notices on the home page or check our events list page to
this effect. Our actually quoted delivery is 28 days in line with credit card legislation, but if there is a delay or an item is out of stock we will be in touch and ask you whether you want to wait or not in which case any money paid will be refunded.
Back Orders: If your goods are not in stock and we can't get them
within our delivery schedule (we consider the goods could take
longer than the 28days), then we will as a matter of course refund the cost of the item(s)
in line with credit card legislation. We will ask if you wish
to be notified when they return to stock so the choice is yours
should you wish to re-order the item(s) in the future.
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. We use secure, certificated industry standard outsourced systems to process your order and process your payment online. The shopping cart is provided by the Roman Cart system, using the Pay Point payment gateway and are fully PCI compliant regarding the handling of online transactions. (see trustwave below)
Privacy Policy Purple Sunrise does not disclose buyers information to any third parties. Cookies are used by the shopping cart, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
This website does not in itelf use cookies, but the shopping cart will use cookies for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before dispatch by contacting our Customer Support Dept. by calling us - 07767 652775 or within 7 days after delivery (Statuary return notification period) then by sending us back the items (within 21days). However please inform us by email or telephone first that you are doing this otherwise there may be a delay in you obtaining your credit. (We do not collect from the post office every day unless we know something is due to arrive)
We may at our discretion accept returns after a longer period than quoted above. All replacement schedules are dependent on available stock. We will inform you of any delays.
We recommend that goods for return be sent by Royal Mail Recorded or special Delivery (This enables you to keep track of your return) Please send to -

This is subject to the following conditions:-
1. You are responsible for returning the item to us.
2. You will be responsible for the costs of return (unless the item is faulty).
3. The item must be unused (other than to the extent is reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition and returned with its original box, any labels attached or packaging.
4. The item must be unworn except for the purposes of trying on. All labels must still be present and attached please where possible.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the item unless the item is returned damaged upon receipt of the unwanted item.
If the item you purchase is faulty or damaged, we will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
